【総評】
焼肉のタレはさっぱりとしています。
豚や鳥肉の味付けは、濃く独特です。
【メニュー】
「３種盛り」
カルビ、豚、鳥の３種盛り。
いろいろ味わえるという点では、感じのいいメニューだと思います。
豚と鳥の味付けは、けっこう濃い味付けですが、私好みで、けっこう気に入りました。
「ホルモン」
ホルモンは、もう少し大きく切ってあった方がいいと思いました。
でも、豚や鳥の味付けと同様、濃い味付けですが、私好みで気に入りました。
「ナムル」
大根なますは、さっぱりしていて食べやすかったです。
ほうれん草もゼンマイもモヤシも薄味でなかなか上品な味わいでした。
【雰囲気など】
・ホテルと隣接というか、同じ建物。富山市中心部に位置し便利な立地です。
・店内は清潔感があって、居心地のいいスペースだと思います。
