黒毛和牛３種盛り １人前 ２４８０円
ランチをご紹介していますが、今回は富山で食べた夕食のお店です。宇奈月温泉では、カニと鰤（ブリ）の満腹コースとなっていたため、１日目の夕食はお肉にしました。富山市では、ＪＲ富山駅前のエクセル東急ホテルに泊まりました。フロントで焼肉店を紹介してもらい行ったところ、金曜日の夜でもあり予約で満席でした。そこで、再度フロントで２軒のお店に電話をしてもらい、車で１０分ほどのマンテンホテルの１階にある「辛子家」に行きました。
店内は、広く背の高さほどのつい立ててテーブルが仕切られています。家族連れなど他のお客さんを気にすることなく食事ができます。このお店もほぼ満席の状態でした。オーダーは、コースメニューではなく単品で頼みました。黒毛和牛３種盛り、シーザーサラダ、焼き野菜、スープなどです。夫婦２人なので、十分な量です。
お肉は、あまり強くない火でゆっくりと焼きます。焼き上がるタイミングと食べるタイミングを合せるのが重要です。焼肉店でお肉を焼くには、いつも私がします。生焼けも嫌だし、真っ黒に焦げたのを食べるのも嫌です。頃合いの見定めが大切です。このお店のお肉は、タレに漬けられたものではなく、柔らかくお肉の味を楽しめるものでした。サービスの女性の忙しい中での対応も嬉しいものでした。大満足でした。
