富山市内で美味しい焼肉店を探していて主人が会社の接待で行ったことがきっかけで通い始めました。
最近はこのお店しか行かなくなったほど私たちに合っている焼肉店だと思います
一番のお気に入りのメニューは特選厚切り牛タンですが、数量限定で人気があるので早めの入店でも売り切れていることがほとんどです。先月行った時にやっと数ヶ月ぶりに食べることができました。
牛タンの肉厚もありサッと炙って軽くレモン汁を付けるだけでも十分に肉汁の味がしっかりと口に広がり食べごたえがあります。
写真に掲載した牛タンの量は２人前です。
黒毛和牛のお肉も豊富で和牛のお肉好きには大満足の肉質です
お肉は軽く岩塩をかけて食べる食べ方が好きなのですが、ここのお肉はほとんどがこの食べ方で食べられます。
（美味しくないお肉は岩塩だけだと臭みなどが感じられタレを付けて味をごまかさないと食べられません）
お店に通って最初の頃はお肉の食べ方が分からないと思われたのか、タレを一切使って無かったのでよく定員さんに「タレを使ってお召し上がれくださいと」言われたものです
お酒をたくさん飲むので飲み放題プランがあるのもとても助かります
