This shop is located on the first floor of Manten Hotel, about a 5-minute walk from Toyama Station. Since it is located inside a hotel, the service and atmosphere are excellent. Since we had made a reservation and the number of people was large, we were given a private room in the back and the service was very thorough, including the timing of the food. Since it was for a banquet, I made a reservation and ordered the Kuroge Wagyu beef course (4,500 yen) and all-you-can-drink drink (2,000 yen). Cow tongue was a bit thinly sliced and when heated, it clearly shrunk, which was disappointing. Although the ribs and Nakaochi ribs were not marbled, the fat was well-balanced, and the meat quality was just right without being too greasy. Also, the offal had just the right amount of fat and was juicy, which is my favorite type. The bibimbap was prepared in the kitchen and was pre-portioned into individual servings, and each person was served with a generous serving of salad, which was satisfying in terms of quantity. For drinks, I ended up ordering beer. The yakiniku restaurant inside the hotel has good service, which is rare in Toyama, so I think it's a recommended restaurant for banquets.
