【富山市三番町1-21より移転】 |
いわゆるトラットリアになるのかなと。最近、こういうお店が気になります。
・ロータリ スプマンテ ロゼ ハーフ
・シャルナー 白…森林の香り。匂いは甘いけど辛口で複雑な余韻が面白い。
・トスカーナ・ロッソ(カベルネ・ソーヴィニヨンとシラーをブレンド)…光を透すとLEDの赤のような煌めき。本体の紫色が綺麗。若々しいフレッシュな味で、口当たりは軽いけど、酸味強く、芯があって落ち着きのあるバランスの良い余韻が続く。
・ピノグリの白…サービス。ミネラル感たっぷりで香り高い。旨味たっぷりのがぶ飲みワイン。
・塩尻ワイン 軽めの赤…味の変化。最初は味が良いが、段々と香りが開く。チーズと合わせて良質のデザート感覚！
・豚モツとお豆の煮込み…家庭的な落ち着く味。私も持っている湯町窯のエッグベーカーが嬉しかったです。
・黒部鹿肉のスパゲッティ…そう言えば富山のジビエ料理は初めてかなと。えんどう豆だったかな？ふんだんに使っていて良かったです。
◎手作りチーズ…透明感のある綺麗な味ながら、クリーミーでコクがかなりある。珠洲の塩。オリーブ油。
以上、8,432円。
白レンガの壁、木のテーブル、建物も接客も家庭的な雰囲気のいいお店。この晩はあいにく有りませんでしたが、その日の釣果メニューも気になりました。
