店主がすみれで修行されたお店との事で有名なこちらに訪問。店内は混んでおり、味噌ラーメン930円、ライス小170円の食券を購入して待つ事15分程で着丼。スープは濃厚でラードのコクや生姜も相まって絶品。麺も中太の縮れ麺でスープとの絡みも旨味も抜群。久しぶりにこんな美味しい味噌ラーメンを食べる事が出来大満足。ご馳走様でした。
