久々にこちらのイタリアン店に本日はお伺いです。
予約せず行きましたが、危なかったです。ギリギリセーフ。あっという間に満席です。さすがの人気店。富山のイタリアンの名店チーボの初代料理長の経歴があります。
トリッパは程よい歯ごたえを残しつつ、いい味わい。前菜盛り合わせは全ていいお味。期待を裏切らない美味しさでした。
ただ、シェフ一人で料理などこなされているので多少のお時間がかかるのはご愛嬌。
とっても美味しくいただきました。ご馳走様でした！
