フィオーレ・ディ・ファリーナ
６月３日にこちらのお店にフリーで行きました。私の誕生日が近かったので急に決まりました。メニューを見てあれこれ主人と悩んでいました。主人も私もどちらがメインを「お魚するか」など…するとソムリエの方が「ワインはお料理を決められてから」とおっしゃったのでとにかく料理を決め、ワインもお話しながら決めました。ワインは割りと美味しかったのです。しかし、前菜が出て、下がってからすごく待たされました。両サイドのお客さんはタバコを吸っておられ、私たちも喫煙するので灰皿を頼んだところ「食後に」と断られました。そうか…とも思いましたが、明らかにカウンターのお客さんはリゾットを追加注文されリゾットを食べながら喫煙されていました。私たちのパスタはまだ出てきていません。温厚な主人が「帰りたい」といい理由をいって店を出ました。帰り際にも不愉快な思いをさせらる一言を聞きました。なぜ休日にお店の方にこんなに気分を害されないといけないのでしょうか？
私は富山県内のイタリア料理でホールを担当していましたが、こんなにひどい接客を今まで見たことがありません。
すみません、という一言もありませんでした・
