フィオーレディファリーナフィオーレディファリーナ。
舌がからまりそうなお店の名前ですが、職場からランチに行ってきました。
奇しくもクリスマス・イブに、です。
ここは、富山でも老舗のイタリアンらしいですが、初体験。
店の雰囲気も明るい作りで、デートとかには良いかな、と第一印象。
場所は磯辺というか富山市布瀬、富山テレビの近く。
そう言えば、20代の頃は、良く向かいのビルの2階にあった喫茶店でサボったっけ。
以前は、テニスコートが何面かあって、ボーっと人様のプレイを見ていたのを思い出してしまった。
今回はクリスマス・イブということもあり、予約してあったので、前菜、パン、パスタ、ドルチェ、カフェのコースを。
あまり待つことも無く、1時間ほどかけて料理と会話を楽しみました。
いくつかネットの書きこみなんかも見ましたけど、パスタが・・・、というような記述が多く、？？？。
本日のおすすめのパスタも美味しく頂きました。
程良い、アルデンテが自分好みでしたね。
トマトベースだったら何でも好きなんですが、程良い酸味とコクがあり、また食べたい味でした。
しかし、独りで入れるような雰囲気の店ではないのが難点。
今度は時間をはずしていくか？
今度はゆっくりとワインなんかも楽しみたい店ですね。
