家族で富山に行った時に行った店だ。
和装の店内がすごく良かった。
１、２階がしゃぶしゃぶで、３階が鉄板焼きになっているとかいてあった。
迷ったが、しゃぶしゃぶを食べることにした。
富山の氷見牛はうまいと評判だったので、大いに期待。
軽く鍋に通し、ポン酢で頂く。
口からあっというまに消えていき、上質な肉の余韻が残る。
結構な大皿だったのに、あっという間になくなった。
富山の氷見牛はやっぱりうまい。
