メニュー50種類の内、肉・魚をメインにした料理が少なく穀物系が多かった。
味が濃い物や下処理不足のものが多く、
調理技術も未熟と感じられた。
基本の食べ放題のみだと、正直食べるものが無いと感じた。
ドリンクバーと牡蠣フライ食べ放題を付けて、難を逃れた感があります。
牡蠣フライは、広島産牡蠣を工場で加工したものを揚げたようだ。
冷凍牡蠣フライは、多少揚げすぎても牡蠣汁が逃げにくく、それなりに食べられる。
本日の主食となった。
デザートは、見た目はパッとしませんが丁寧に作られており、また新しいためスポンジもしっとりしていました。
