明文堂書店・富山有沢橋店の向かいにあるパン屋さん。
パンは無添加。朝早くから営業しているのが嬉しい。
売切れ次第閉店してしまうので、お昼前の来店がおすすめ。
惣菜パン、デニッシュ系がおいしいです。
ハード系はあまり記憶にない・・・
オープンしてから結構年月が経っているんですが、富山県民でもパン好きじゃないと知らない人が多いかもしれません。
何となく「こじんまり」したイメージがあります。大きい宣伝はせず、定期的に買いに来る固定のお客さんのために、おいしいパンを焼き続けている感じ。
どのパンも“ほんのり”おいしい。ふと食べたくなる、クセになる懐かしい味がします。
