大和のデパ地下に行った際、テイクアウトで焼きそばを購入しました。
お好み焼きは焼き上がったものがあるけど焼きそばは「15分ほどかかります」と言う事で、他で買い物をして時間潰し。
具材は、キャベツ･豚肉･天かすとシンプルでトッピングに青のり･カツオ節･紅ショウガでした。
ソースも控えめで味付けは濃くなく、シンプルで食べやすい焼きそばでした。
値段も「480円」とリーズナブルで良かったです。
