牛宮城で忙しい柴田料理長が月に一度は富山に帰省しており、その時に大将軍大泉店のカウンターで肉割烹コースをやられていると聞きつけてお邪魔しました。
店内の奥の暖簾をくぐるとカウンターが６席用意されおり、月に一度柴田料理長の肉割烹コースが楽しめる。
食べログなどの一般予約のコース内容とはまた異なり、生タンと富山の魚を融合させた前菜から始まり、色鮮やかで豊富なナムル、キャビアユッケ、厚切り牛タン、ミスジ、ランプを使った肉寿司、ヒレ、サーロインなど希少部位をふんだんに使ったコースが楽しめる。
また目の前で柴田料理長がカットし焼いてくれるのでライブ感も満載！
1品1品がスペシャリテでボリュームもあり大満足でした！
