青山総本舗 さんです。
富山駅南のすぐ近くに歩いて3分くらいかな、にお店は位置してます。
土曜の12時にお店に訪れました。
店に入ると誰もいなかったんですが
すぐ奥から女将さん？が出てこられました。
ますのお寿司一段1500円を購入。
二段も売ってました。
その日の夜にいただきました。
鱒は川魚なのでクセがありそうですがそんなことも全然なくて
美味しかったです！
1日置いて味をなじませたりして次は楽しみたいですね
