今回は富山に行った知人のお土産としていただきました。
この日に食したのは、同店自慢の鱒乃寿し。
押し寿司ではありながら、ふんわりと仕上げたシャリの固さ、そしてほのかに香る酢の香りが食欲をそそります。
上に乗った鱒も国産・天然の桜鱒ということもあり、口の中でしっかりと旨味が伝わります。
今回は小振りなサイズをいただきましたが、小食なご夫婦であれば、これで大満足なボリューム感かと思います。
また是非、富山名物の鱒寿しをいただいてみたいと思います(*´-｀*)
