庄右衛門 元祖関野屋。現在六代目。百三十年の伝統の味。

裏置。熟成された鱒乃寿し。夏季は賞味期間が 2日間。直ぐ食べずに待った方が美味しい様です。
国産天然桜鱒。産地は時に応じて、と。背中(サッパリ柔らか)、腹身(爽やかで濃厚な旨味)、尻尾(肌理細かな線維と弾力)。適度な甘い脂。
