お店はお家と併設されていて扉を開けると若い方が奥から出てきました！
二段と一段がありましたが二段の方を購入。
強めの押しでクセのない上品な薄味。
鱒は肉厚にスライスされていてジューシー感たっぷりの半レア。けっこう濃いめのオレンジです。
もちもちした富山の米の酢飯と笹の葉の香りがとても香ばしく漂います。
ちゃんとプラスチックナイフが入ってるので笹の上から切ってケーキのようにカットしていただくことが出来ます。
また、季節により味付けを調整しているそうです。
