能登半島には年に数回行きますが富山は通り抜ける程度ですがお土産は富山の物を買って帰ります。
鱒寿司の有名店は売り切れ次第閉店で夕方に富山では買えませんでした。
今回は鱒寿司を目的に時間調整して念願の鱒寿司です。
予約は前日の昼間に済ませました。
10時の予約です。
裏通りの１画にあり車だと行きづらいかも?
帰ってきてお披露目!
包み紙を開きます。
蓋には店名の焼印が入れて有ります。
わっぱには隅まで詰まっています。
逆さまにして蓋に載せて笹ごと包丁で切り分けます。
アレレ、逆さまになっています。
上手く切れていなくてすみません!
鱒は柔らかめ、特に味付けはなし。
シャリは酢飯と言うよりは麹でほんのり馴染ませた感じです。
比較するとこんな感じです。
扇一(右)川上(左)鱒もシャリも厚み、見栄えが劣りますが、味付けは川上のほうが好みです!
24日購入で26日が賞味期限なので3日めのを食べてみたいです。(24日当日の食事)
