For the first time in two years, I visited Shikisai in Toyama, who I have been a fan of for about 15 years. As always, all the dishes are delicious and I'm impressed. The subordinate I brought in for the first time was very excited! ! After all, it was the first time for him to eat something, so he was definitely excited, lol. White shrimp sashimi, oyster shellfish sashimi, kobako crab, nodoguro, Himi udon... The owner, the landlady, and Mr. Takano at the grill were all wonderful people! lol I love it❤
