ありがた〜いゴチご飯♪
私が人にご馳走になるなんて年に一回あるかな…
なんならいつも全員の分を払う事がほとんど(泣)
今日はゴチだぜwww
スポンサーが選んだのがこのお店。
外観が高級そう(笑)
一階かと思ったら地下…
階段を降ります。
そして2階はやはり階段を上がる。
どちらにしても階段…
ヒールの靴じゃなくて良かったわ
いただいたのは
①前菜3種
ヒラメの昆布締め雲丹のせ、空豆豆腐、
焼き帆立の酢物
空豆豆腐には海老とフカヒレのそぼろ、
百合根が乗ってます。
帆立の酢は強くなく、あとからほんのり
酢の風味が来る程度。
山菜なんかもあしらわれてて、春を感じます
②ホタルイカの釜揚げ
熱でホタルイカの「ワタ」が滲み出てるところを
見ると生から火入れしたと思われるけど…
生臭さは全くなし。
上品な出汁を纏ってポン酢をつけなくても
そのままで十分美味しい
（ホタルイカは好きじゃなかったけど最高！！）
③お造り
ヒラメ&縁側、大間のマグロ、ヤリイカ、
梅貝、ガンドブリ、鯵、白エビ
豪華！！！マグロの脂がジュワ〜
大好物の梅貝も下処理が完璧♡
④八寸
こごみ胡麻和え、山菜入りひろうす、岩もずく、
のどぐろ塩焼き、ウドきんぴら、長芋の梅酢漬け
蕗のとう味噌、エシャロット、鰯の梅煮
サイコーじゃん(笑)
⑤蟹の黄身酢蒸し
蟹と白身魚のすり身を混ぜたものにドカンと
蟹の身が乗ってて、柚子の香りが心地よい
お椀で出る汁物も温まるけど、これはお酒の
邪魔をしないから呑兵衛には嬉しい一品。
⑥富山牛のロースト
付け合わせはカボチャ、パプリカ、菜の花、
筍だったかな…
や、わ、ら、か〜〜〜♪
上品な脂がジュワ〜
おかわりくださ〜い(笑)
⑦鰻のチラシ寿司
手のひらサイズの酢飯にうなぎが乗ってる
うなぎ、泥臭さなしで柔らかく上品。
蒸してるとは思うけど専門店にもひけを取らない
⑧デザート
イチゴのジェラート、あまおう苺、パイン、
キウイ、ホイップ乗せ
最初の前菜から始まって、感動しっぱなしw
ご馳走になっておいて値段を聞くのも失礼
だけどね、これで12000円とは！！！
雲丹、のどぐろ、大間のマグロ、うなぎ…
利益はあるんだろうか？
新幹線に乗って来るほど価値はあると思うよ
