「非常に高い標準」もしくは「ウルトラコストパフォーマンス」・・・要するにお値段以上のもの
を出してくれるお店、十々八と書いて「ととや」と読みます(^^
今回は6000円のコースを予約しましたが他に4500円や3500円のコースもあります、お酒は別途。
メニューにある日本酒が少々好みと違うものなのでビールにしようかと思いましたがお姉さんが「
今日たまたま勝駒が入ってます」だったので「それって純米？」ときくとボトルをもってきてくれ
て「純米吟醸」・・・当然「これちょうだい」となります（笑。
勝駒を飲み過ぎたので一人当たり1万弱となりましたがコース自体のコスパはスゴい。付きだしの
ホタルイカや黒づくりにカニみそ、白えび他お造りから酢のもの、のどぐろ一匹丸ごとの焼き物や
ばい貝に氷見うどん、デザートまで計10品以上出てきてやはりどれもクオリティが高い。
「２時間で富山のおよそすべてを味わい尽くすことができる」お店、と言ってしまうと大げさです
が、それに近いです。視点を変えれば「広く浅く、量がちょっとで多種類」を網羅する「県外から
のお客さん向け」な傾向も見てとれますが、既述の通りひとつひとつの品質が高いので文句はあり
ません（笑。
