出先の夕食タイム、久々の富山だったら先ずは和食で攻めようとググって目星をつけ、偵察しながら入店。他が閉めてたしね。
結果、元気の良い若い大将が切り盛りする、ローカルが集う良店だった。
オーダーは、生ビールとセロリの浅漬けと、お刺身の盛り合わせ。すぐ出てきた突き出しは、キノコと肉団子にところてん？の炊いたもの。薄味でイイ感じです。
ところがセロリの浅漬け、想定以上に濃いめの味付けで、ちょい辛め。お酒を進めるためか。まあこんなモノか。
続いてお刺身の盛り合わせ。やっぱこれでしょうといただけば、イカ刺しは噛んでると溶けていく。うまーい。貝もコリコリの食感が嬉しいし、鮮度も高いのだろう、割とさっぱりしたあと味。
途中で芋焼酎のお湯割りに変更。
白身のお魚、もちろん旨い。ブリっぽい赤身、脂が乗り始めでまったりして、これまた美味しい一品。
〆のつもりで穴子天ぷらを追加。その後でカウンターのショーケース内で気になり、ホタルイカをお刺身で追加。
待つこと暫し、天ぷらが供されてから、その後にホタルイカのお刺身。想定した順番が逆で残念賞。とは言えどちらも、素材が活きていて美味しい一品。
