富山市細入にある温泉施設の楽今日館に行って来ました。
普通ならお風呂上がりに寄ってご飯食べたり、ビール飲めたりするレストランですが、お昼もまわり、お腹空いていたので、お風呂入る前に食べに入りました。
入り口に貼ってあったメニューででかでかととんかつ定食が気になって、注文。
まず味噌汁。油揚げとわかめの味噌汁ですが、とても美味しい。お出汁も感じられる味噌汁(^^)
とんかつの肉は分厚いロース肉。しおをかけて食べてみる肉の味は素直に美味しい。でも、少し固い。揚げ時間が長いのではないか？
ちょっと早くフライヤーから上げて、予熱で中まで火を通していけばいいのでは？
あと、肉は生肉に衣を付けて揚げているのかが気になる。とんかつソースがウスターか中濃ソースなのかサラッとしたソース1種類のみで、もう1種類ドロッとしたソースが欲しかった。
