I made a reservation during Golden Week and visited the restaurant. I think the owner's skills are top-notch. The young staff seemed a little sluggish, as they didn't seem to be doing a good job. However, the taste was impeccable, and it was good to see the attention to detail they put into serving the sake in tin. And the tamagoyaki I had at the end was very delicious.
