記念すべきお店をここにしました。
会社の先輩と後輩グループで予約をしました。
JR高山本線 速星駅を下車してすぐにこのお店はあります。
外観も店内も大衆食堂そのものっていった感じ。
今日は予約してお座敷席の奥に陣取ります。
メニューよりもつの豚、牛1:1の豆腐トッピングの
2人前を注文。
丸いステンレス鍋に新鮮なもつと玉ねぎ、もやし
その上に大きな豆腐が乗り、備え付けの醤油をかけます。煮立ってきたら、豆腐を切り崩して混ぜていきます。そのうちに出来上がります。
生ビールがどんどん進みます。
そのあとは焼肉の牛タンと牛サガリです。
自分好みに焼いても肉質が柔らかくて最高(^^)
センマイ刺し、タン刺しは肉の新鮮さを味わうには
うってつけ。
もちろん、またこの店に来ます。
