富山市内へ出張。午後の仕事に向けて少し早いが昼食をと『中華料理 華』を初訪問。
11時30分過ぎの入店だったことから先客は1名のみ。4人掛けのテーブルを広々使わせていただいた。
さて… メニューを見ていると、店員さんが本日の日替わりメニューについて説明をしてくれた。鶏肉の炒めもの… と『エビと卵の炒めもの定食』(税込み700円)ということで、後者を発注。
出品は先客1名、ランチメニューということもあって5分ほどと早かった。
エビは小ぶりでエビ自体を味わうほどではない。値段的にも致し方ないだろう。卵はふわふわ上手い火通しに仕上がっている。
スープも含め全体的に強い味付けではなく良い塩梅。
富山駅近くでササッと中華ランチを試すには持って来い。夕刻のササッと一杯行くのもいいのではないだろうか。
