生ビール＋料理中２品付いたお得なビールセット！ Part3。 : Hana

It's been about 2 years and 9 months since my last visit. I saw the local cable TV broadcast and was actually planning to go to a restaurant in Toyota (with a parking lot), but since it was closed, I visited this restaurant in front of Toyama Station. It was around 7:30 p.m. on a weekday dinner time, and there were quite a lot of groups of people who had just finished work. ・ Value beer set (draft beer + 2 medium-sized dishes for 1,480 yen) ・ Tonkotsu Ramen (700 yen) ・ Draft beer (460 yen) "Value beer set" This is a set that I liked the last time I visited. I ordered two beer sets. <Mapo tofu> Sweet and spicy mapo tofu <Crab egg> Crab egg with a non-sweet sauce <Shimeji mushrooms and fried shredded pork> The seasoning today was light. I mixed it with the sauce for the Twice-Cooked Pork. <Twice-Cooked Pork> It was quite well seasoned. "Tonkotsu Ramen" I asked for it to be lightly seasoned without green onions. It comes with two slices of pork, bamboo shoots, bean sprouts, and seaweed. Perhaps because the flavor was light, the richness of the pork bones was completely lost and the soup was bland... Instead, the saltiness of the seaweed stood out. The great value beer set was enough to fill me up, and I couldn't finish off with a rice dish. I'd like to come again.

I came back because I wanted to eat Chinese Cuisine. I came here for the "Shimeji mushrooms and pork shredded stir fry" and "Hana Gyoza / Dumpling"! ・ Value beer set (draft beer + 2 medium-sized dishes 1,280 yen) ・ Hana Gyoza / Dumpling (6 pieces 430 yen) ・ Twice-cooked pork set meal (1,080 yen) ・ Draft beer (420 yen) For the "Value beer set" dishes, I chose Shimeji mushrooms and pork shredded stir fry and chive bean sprouts. Shimeji mushrooms and pork shredded stir fry are delicious as expected. There are many large Shimeji mushrooms, and they are seasoned with a simple soy sauce, but this is also exquisite seasoning, so it goes well with beer. The chives were also a good accent. The chive bean sprouts stir fry also had a crunchy texture, which went well with beer (lol) The portions of the two dishes were just right. The "Hana Gyoza / Dumpling" had beautiful wings this time as well. The filling is light, but the meat is tasty, so you can eat it without adding sauce. "Twice-cooked pork set meal" Twice-cooked pork with chicken breast topped on salad, rice, pickles, mini Taiwanese Ramen, and almond tofu are included. The Twice-cooked pork was quite filling, with crunchy cabbage, carrots, green peppers, and pork. This also went well with beer and rice! The amount of rice was small, but it came with Taiwanese Ramen, so you'll be full in total. The Taiwanese Ramen has a simple taste, but the toppings of bean sprouts, spicy minced meat, and green onions did a great job (lol). I'd like to go back to this restaurant, starting with the great value beer set. I'll visit again.

平日の夜来訪しました。
駅前という立地柄、仕事帰りのサラリーマンさん達で賑わっていました。
テーブル席・小上がり席とがあり、使い勝手が良さそうでした。

「お得なビールセット」料理はしめじと豚肉細切り炒めと回鍋肉を選びました。
しめじと豚肉細切り炒め美味しかったです！　しめじ・豚肉・玉ねぎ・ニラと具だくさん。
しめじも立派なメイン料理になりますね！　ただ箸がツルツルと滑りつかみにくかったですが（笑）
回鍋肉、こちらも美味！　豚肉・キャベツ・ピーマンの歯ごたえもシャキシャキと残っていました。
量も１人前としては少ないですが、ビールを飲みながらいろいろな料理を少しずつ食べたい
時にはちょうど良い量でした。
＋100円で、中ジョッキが大ジョッキにサイズアップできるのもお得だと思いました。

「華餃子」餃子周りにびっしりとではなく、ところどころに穴が開いていましたが「羽」が
ついていました（笑）
あっさりとした餃子ですが、タレを付けなくても餡が美味しかったです。

「五目あんかけ焼きそば」豚肉・ニラ・白菜・ニンジン・ヤングコーン・キクラゲ・エビ・
うずらの卵・もやし・玉ねぎとこちらも具だくさんでした。
とろみ餡も絶妙な味加減で美味しかったです。

「チャーシュー炒飯」先ほどのあんかけ焼きそばの量は割と少な目と思い、炒飯を注文
したのですが、この炒飯の量が凄かった！！！
予想を上回るご飯の量で、他の店で言うところの大盛りかそれ以上の特大サイズでした。
味も濃くなく薄くなくとても美味しく、またチャーシューも自己主張(?)が強くなく
炒飯に良く合っていました。　

メニューを見ると豊田町にある華餃子と同じ系列のお店なのかな?

ホールのお姉さんたちも優しくて居心地が良かったです。
