富山市の中央郵便局となりにある大衆中華。
基本的になんでも大盛りなのでシェアすることを前提に料理を出しているようです。
唐揚げがとてもデカかった。
たぶん、腿肉一枚から３～４個しかとっていないと思われる。
ただ、握りが入っていないので肉薄な部分はバリバリ過ぎて食べられない。
また、写真のように揚げ上がりに自信がなく切って確かめているようだが、
それを皿に盛られても硬くて食べられず残すことになった。
唐揚げほど簡単な料理はないのに、それすら揚げ上がりがわからないようでは…、ねぇ。
チャーハンはかなり盛りが大きく、男性でも一人で食べると満腹になって他が食べられないと思われる。
多少油切れは悪いが、無理をすれば食べられる程度。
味付けは全体に薄口で、テーブル塩も置いてないので、唐揚げに添付されていた焼き塩がなければギブアップしていただろう。
値段は安目・基本盛りがデカいので、味にこだわらなければお得感を感じると思われる。
わたしの場合、初入店だったためこれを知らず、最後は嫌々無理矢理胃に収めたので苦しかった。
