2020年7月
富山市内でお昼ご飯時をむかえて、どこかに食事処はないものかと、路地をのぞき込む。
白地のシンプルな看板が掲げられている周辺に数台の駐車車両が見える。
『塩狩食堂』を発見し、早速入店。初訪問となる。
店内は、昭和なレトロ感溢れるゆったりと時間が流れているような雰囲気。テーブルが8卓ほどか並んでいるが、いづれも来客により埋まっている。地元の方々が多いのか。
店内の壁には、メニューが掲げられている。その中から『もつ野菜ラーメン』(税込み950円)を発注する。
10分ほどで出品される。大きなラーメンどんぶりに全体的に色白な品。
スープは、塩味。角がなく適度な薄味で優しい塩スープ。
野菜はもやしやネギを中心にたっぷり盛られている。
モツは、柔らかく煮込まれており食べやすい。煮込まれたことにより独特な臭みは消え、モツのうま味だけが残っている。このうま味がスープのうま味を増しているのだろう。
レトロで渋いお店、何故『塩狩』なのだろうと思っていたが、店内に表示された食品衛生の札をみると『塩狩さん』のお名前そのものであった。
チャンスがあれば、皆さんが注文されていて人気だった『チャーシューおにぎり』も食しに再訪問したい。
