富山市の中心市街地の近くにある住宅街・梅沢町にある昔ながらの食堂。
歴史を感じさせる昭和の面影のある店内は、
うどんやそばなどの麺類や丼ものなど幅広い食堂メニューが食べられる地元で人気の食堂。
個人的にも中華そばが美味しいとの評判で前々から
気になっていたお店。
中華そば定食（９５０円）を注文しました。
内容は、中華そば、ライス、おかず、漬物。
中華そばは、透き通る琥珀色の塩気のきいた
淡麗の醤油ラーメン。
柔らかめの独特の中太の縮れ麺とスープの相性もよく昔ながらの懐かしい味わい。具のチャーシューはホロホロとほどける逸品。
飽きずに食べられる美味しい一杯。
おかずは、豚カツ串、サラダ、茄子煮。
昔ながらの社員食堂でありそうな極々、普通の味。
ライスも普通盛で、かなり満腹に。
人気の中華そば。
また、食べたくなる味。再訪、確定です。
