銀座にあるカレーの名店「デリー」と同名のお店。
もともとは関係はあるようですが、経営者やメニューなどは完全に独立をしていて銀座のお店とは違います。
富山のデリーは、富山市と高岡市に店舗があり
根塚店は、よく利用しますが、山室店は初の利用。
根塚店と基本は同じですがメニューの内容は少し違うようです。
今回は、炒めた玉ねぎとスパイスが組み合わされた
コルマカレーが食べたくてスペシャルカレーランチ（1,100円）を注文しました。
内容は、
コルマカレー、チキンダルカレー、チキンティッカ、サラダ、ナン、ライス、ドリンク（ラッシー）
ナンとライスのセット。
デブにうれしい炭水化物パラダイス。
どちらもしっかり１人前。ナンも美味しいですが、
こちらのカレーは、老舗らしく日本人にあったライスにも合うカレー。万能です。
根塚店よりも少し辛さがある気がしますが、
コルマは、限界まで炒めた玉ねぎの甘みと香ばしさが最大限に引き出されスパイスと油と合わさり奥行きのある味。
豆カレーも豆のやさしいテイストにチキンのうま味が重なりお米によく合います。
中年のおっさんには、インパキ系のスパイスと油が
溢れる本格カリーに胃袋がついていけない時がありますがこちらは安定の日本仕様の本格カレー。
なぜか、根塚店にいつも行ってましたが、山室店も
全然あり。また、伺います。
