高岡市にある不破福寿堂から暖簾分けで富山市に店を構えたのが始まりだという。
和菓子がメインだが、洋菓子も手掛ける。

つれづれ（バニラクリーム）は、当店が提供する焼き菓子の1種。
要するに、ヴァッフェル。
波状に焼き上げられたサクサククッキーの間に、バニラ風味のクリームが。
サクサクのクッキーと、口の中でとろけるクリームの食感を味わえる。
適度な大きさがあり、食べ応えが。

鹿の子餅は、和菓子の1種。
餅米と卵白を合わせて作られた餅に、北海道産の金時豆を加えて鹿の子の模様に見立てている。
おわら玉天と似ているが、焼いていないので、真っ白なのが特徴。
マシュマロの様な弾力と甘さ。
不思議な食感のお菓子。
