富山の春日温泉にあるリヴィエールさんはフレンチのL’evoさんと同じ施設の中にあるカフェ。店内は高級感があり、広々とソファが配置されているので非常に快適に過ごすことができます。この辺は電車もバスも1時間に1本以下なので、ゆったりと時間を待つのにもちょうど良いです。
ショートケーキパフェ(800円)は、その名の通りショートケーキの具材がパフェになったもの。トッピングのみでなく、中にも3つ分のイチゴが入っています。スポンジ、生クリーム、ナッツ、ベリー系のソースが入っており、当然ですが良く合います。ドリンクセット(420円)でいただいた水出し紅茶も美味しかった。食器が美しいのも店内の雰囲気とマッチしていいですね。
1/4の15時前に伺った際には空いていて、非常に贅沢な時間を過ごすことができました。ご馳走さまでした。
