開店前に到着、コロナを配慮し席の間隔は広めにとってあります。
お品書きからプレミアム特上ロースをオーダーも出来ないとの事、立山特上ロースへするもこちらもで出来ず…
プレミアム上ロースに落ち着くことに…
キレイなキツネ色のロースカツ、断面を見ると比較的しっかりした火入れ具合、衣はサクサクで肉の旨味も脂の甘味もしっかりしています。
次回はプレミアム特上ロースいただきたいと思います。
