19年4月 旅先にて
富山駅から車で1時間ほど（だったかな）リバーリトリート雅楽倶内で営業している和食の店
（おそらく）かなり知名度のある併設レストランのＬＥＶＯは知っていたが
こちらは正直どういう店なのかよく知らなったが朝食利用
前日夜にＬＥＶＯで素晴らしい夕食を食べた後の朝食
今度は地下フロアで窓の外は神通川の景色が広がるこの店で、天気に恵まれたこともあって非常に心地よい朝に
・目覚めのドリンク
・富山の大豆
・小鉢いろいろ
・お造り
・手造りせいろ蒲鉾
・土鍋ご飯
・お味噌汁
・お漬物
お品書きだけ見るとなんともフツウの品々ですが
富山のものに拘った品がメインで米、味噌、納豆、お造りなどは県内産が多い
味はシンプルに素材そのままのものが多いように思いますが
しっかり丁寧に作られた和朝食、という言葉がピッタリの食と雰囲気。ご飯を炊いてる土鍋も特注品だとか。
泊まった宿でたまたま食事した、ということになりましたがこちらも贅沢な1食でした
