出先のディナータイム、昨夜がガッツリ和食だったため、今宵のトライはイタリアンでググり、偵察しながら入店。2軒を比較と思ったら、片方は閉めてたしね。
結果、美味しいし雰囲気も良いお店だが、調子に乗って色々いただいたら、想定以上にコストが？だった。
オーダーは先ず、グラスの白ワインと、前菜にオリーブと前菜盛り合わせを。洒落乙な雰囲気で、カウンター内のギャルソンはお美人だが、アルバイトでしょう、ちょっぴり未熟な感じがまた良い。
すぐに供されたオリーブ、他店と違って全て同じ品種なため、味の変化がなく残念賞なのと、ちょっと酸味も強い感じ。
前菜の盛り合わせ、生ハムや海の幸など、全体的には十分に美味しいし、期待に沿っている。
続いて、能登カキのハーブオイルづけを追加。
味わいはまあイケてるけど、このピンク色の花びらは何だろう？
そしてホワイトアスパラのソテーをオーダー。
頼む前から期待大だったが、いただいて正解だったのは嬉しい。アスパラ自体の鮮度は申し分なく、少しだけサーレをいただいて付けても良し、黄色いソースを合わせて旨い。
〆のサポートにフォカッチャを追加。
調子に乗って、ドルチェでアフォガートと、グラッパの一番安いやつ。アフォガート、最後の一味まで苦いし、それがまた旨い。
ごっちゃんでした。次の富山で再訪を期待したい。
