商品の出来が悪いと店を開けない事も有る。 |
ゴールデンウィーク最終日。名古屋に戻る前に家族3人でランチ。妻が行ってみたいところがあると言うのでやって来ましたこちらのお店。
醤油そば、しおそば、もやしまぜそばを注文。
一見するとうどんかと思うほど太い麺。これがかなり旨い。豚と鶏の2種のチャーシューも拘りを感じる美味しさ。無化調だけに醤油もしおも優しいスープ。思わず完飲する。
一方、まぜそば、胡椒が効いていてやや攻めた味。やはり麺が美味しい。これもありだ。
美味しゅうございました♪
ラーメンというご馳走を食べた気分。また来ます。
