テイクアウトの利用のみだったこともあり、チャンスあって立ち寄りました。ガレットメインの店は首都圏でもあまり見ないので、注目してました。
この日は、タコとアボカドサラダ，トヤマガレット、クリュディテ。ドリンクは、白のハウスワイン、ブルターニュのそばビールをいただきました。
タコとアボカドサラダは、粒マスタードベースのソースにパプリカパウダーと、ガリっと歯応えのある塩。味のバランス良く、ワインに良く合います。季節メニューのトヤマガレットは白エビが良い仕事してました。生地はもっちりしつつ、折り曲げた端はガリっとした仕上がり。個人的にはもっと蕎麦の味がして欲しいところですが、美味しい。その時に蕎麦ビールとクリュディテをメニューに見つけ、追加オーダー。クリュディテは野菜の盛り合せなんですね。写真だとどれも同じ味に見えるかもしれませんが、全部違いました。オイル控えめでグッド。蕎麦ビールは香ばしい。美味しいなあ、と思い、更に追加でパテかリエットオーダーしようとしたら「時短営業であと10分で終わりなんですが、、」との事で、残念。撤退しました。料理への情熱が感じられ（お味もですが、店内に魯山人の本があったり）。また次回。ご馳走様でした。
