今回の北陸出張も1週間が経過して
大阪人の禁断症状が出てきたので
粉もん食べたいなぁと思い入店。
千房ってあの千房だよな！？と思いながらも
看板を見てみると
どうやら千房の居酒屋業態っぽいですね。
お好み焼きの種類は大阪本店と比べるとかなり少ないですが、コスパは抜群。
大阪より300〜500円くらい安いですね。たぶん。
居酒屋だからか名物のマヨビームの実演はありませんが味はそこまで大差もなく、レシピは共有されている印象でした。
店員さん暇な時間も真面目に鍋磨いたりしてて好印象でした！ワンオペ心折れそうになるかも知れませんが頑張ってください。
