オーブンしたてに訪問。予約して行きましたが、まだまだ空席がありました。予約取りづらいときいていたので、お客数を絞っているのかな？
ライトアップされた運河が綺麗でした。
そして、肝心のお料理。
お食事もどれもとても美味しく、盛り付けも凝ってました。
鉄人坂井シェフ、思った以上にやるな！と。しっかりした味付け、そして、富山の素材が生かされている奈が良かった！
またリピートしたいです。
ただ、ワインがいまいち揃っていませんでした。それがちょっと残念でした。
