この週末のランチタイムに利用しました。
一時過ぎの入店でランチメニューから一押しみたいなサムギョプサルを注文。
セットと言う事で色々と聞かれたままに答えていく。
選択したのは酢大根、テンジャン、塩チャプチェなどで
ランチタイムなので酒は頼まず。
徐々に注文した物が届き始める。
正直なところ、男性向きの量ではない。
女子でもガッツリ食べたいので有れば不向き
店員が肉を焼き、肉を切ってくれるので待つ。
食べ始める訳ですが・・・
違和感覚えるのは店員がテーブルに付く際
何も言わずに作業を始める事。
気にしすぎかもしれないが「失礼します」の一言は
客同士が会話中の場合なら必要では無いでしょうか。
味は普通、テンジャンは結構期待してたけど
具材としてカットシメジ少々、豆腐数片、青唐数片
何か工夫のある物では無い。
チジミはそこいら辺のスーパーにある様な程度
今回の訪問で値段以上に残念だったのは
ラストオーダーを取りに来ていた事から分かるが
早く休憩に入りたいのも分かるが
客が食事しているうちにテーブルに除菌スプレーなど吹くな！
吹くにしてもテーブルに吹くのでは無く、ダスターに吹いて
撒き散らさない様にするのがプロの仕事じゃないかな？
ハッキリ書きますが店員が雑すぎて話にならない。
「またのお越しを・・」
んなこと言われても行く訳ない。
サムギョプサルセット程度の物でランチ2人で4500円・・・
久しぶりに残念なお店に当たってしまいました。
