GWは富山旅行。昨年秋にも岩瀬に来て再訪。
前回泊まった時にふじ居さんのことは地元の方に聞いていて、今回は１ヶ月以上前に電話予約。
12時のランチ開始2分前に到着。カウンターは７席で私たち含む３組。カウンターから大きな一枚ガラスの向こうに手入れされた庭が見える。あとでお話聞いたら毎朝落ち葉など従業員で掃除しているそう。
料理は写真のとおりだが春の蛍烏賊と山菜メインのコース。山菜はお浸し、天ぷら、若竹煮や筍ご飯。蛍烏賊は大工さんに作ってもらった木箱の中に活きた蛍烏賊を入れ光るところを見せてもらい、あとは炭火焼きで焼き加減を変えた蛍烏賊の違いを楽しんだりと食をもって楽しめた。他にも白えびや能登のクロダイの朝締め刺身、地酒の酒粕を使ったアイスクリームなど地元に根づいたお料理にしっかり満たされました。流石に筍ご飯は食べきれず弁当にしていただきました。
あっという間の３時間でしたが、料理とガラス越しの庭園眺めでいい時間を過ごせました。ごちそうさまでした♪
