富山大学の裏手にある割烹です。
夜は要予約ですが、5000円から富山の幸をコースで頂けます。
最近改装されたのか、カウンター、テーブル席、小上がりと綺麗な内装です。
店内はちょっと大きめの琴の音のBGM。
火曜定休で、ランチは日曜を除いて日替わりもあります。
今回は霙降る寒空でしたので、アツアツの釜飯を御膳で頂きます。
炊き上がりまで待つこと約15分。
６種類ほどの釜飯から鶏釜飯をチョイス。
御膳にはお造り３種、天婦羅盛り合わせ、山海月の和え物、味噌汁、漬物が付いてきます。
釜飯は鶏の出汁がしっかり染みて、ご飯もふっくら、適度にお焦げも出来て美味しかったです。
残念だったのは、お造り。
烏賊、サーモン、サス（カジキ）でしたが、どれも鮮度が今一で締まりがありませんでした。
冷凍戻しのお刺身だと思いますが、次回機会があれば要再検証ですね。
因みに帰りに寄った近くのスーパーにはいつも通りの新鮮なお魚が並んでいましたよ。
海が荒れていて、魚が手に入らない日じゃないのに。。。なぜでしょうね？
