前に行ったときは満席で、テイクアウトで
クロワッサンを買って食べたら凄く美味しかったので、
別の日にランチを食べに。
ランチが1500円で内容は
サラダ盛り合わせ
スープと自家製パン
メインディッシュ
メインディッシュは+1500円で
富山県産豚ロース肉の低温ローストにして
柔らかジューシーで豚肉の概念が変わる。
焼きたてパンが美味しくて+300円でおかわり。
これに付ける自家製燻製バター+200円
このバター絶対頼んだ方がいい。
どうやって作るんだろう(^^)
デザートは八尾産牛乳のヨーグルト
