【新幹線乗り場から徒歩1～2分】老舗回転寿司『すし玉』の富山駅店です
素材にこだわる回転寿司！ |
富山で人気というお寿司屋さんということで、こちらへ。富山駅に近く便利な立地。11時開店直前に行列にならぶこと約１時間で店内へ。行列はすごいが意外と回転が早い。
かがやきセブン（のどくろ、甘エビ、ヒラメ、紅ズワイがに、ぶりトロ、ホタルイカ、白エビ）を注文。このネタで、￥2000以内で食べられるのは奇跡。白エビは、塩と醤油どちらでもよいらしいが、塩の方が甘みがよく分かった。海苔でなくとろろで巻くことにより、白エビの控えめな風味がよく分かる。紅ズワイがにも、とろりと甘かった。他のネタも新鮮で大満足でした。
