中華そば並＋ライス（1,000円）
ランチで訪問。のれんを括り右側に広がる半円型のカウンター席に座りメニューを確認。ライスは欠かせず必食であることを認識しているため、中華そばの並とライスのセットをお願いする。
到着した丼には、漆黒のスープが並々と注がれ、麺とともにメンマ、白ネギ、チャーシューの具材が乗るラインナップ。早速スープをひと口いただくと、醤油のコクと酸味の強烈な味わいが駆け抜け、頭のてっぺんから足の先までピンっと張り詰めるような緊張感の走るパンチのある旨味が広がる。塩味たっぷりの濃厚な味わいなため、そのまま飲み進めるのは少し難しく、すかさずライスもひと口いただく。塩味濃厚スープの味わいがライスとの相性抜群で、このマッチアップは堪らない。
麺は既にスープの色味に染まっており、ツルツルとした口当たりで食感が良く、噛み心地とともに喉越しも抜群。白ネギや黒胡椒のアクセントもいい感じ。チャーシューもスープの味わいが染み込み、濃厚な味わいがライスにフィットする。
富山ブラックはやはり旨い。
