2024富山食べ歩きツアー８軒目、日曜日の朝食で訪問。
富山駅構内のお土産処富山でお土産を買った後の９時40分から並びました。ポールポジションです。
開店時刻の10時よりも前に店内に入れていただき、カウンター席に着席。
この後に店内で不具合が起きたようで、店頭に開店が遅れる旨の表示をしていました。早めに入れてラッキーでした。
メニューを拝見して中華そば（並）@950円をオーダー。
待つこと５分で中華そばが到着。
真っ黒なスープ、たっぷりのチャーシューと白ネギに粗挽き黒胡椒がかけられています。
提供時に店員さんから「軽く混ぜてくださいね」とのアドバイスがあり、その通り混ぜてからいただきました。
うん、めちゃくちゃしょっぱいです。昔、神田にだらんまという富山ブラックラーメンのお店があり、そこでいただいたラーメンとは比較にならないしょっぱさです。ご飯に合うラーメンというか、ご飯が必須のラーメンだと思います。
麺は中太ストレート、硬め。
具は先述したチャーシュー、白ネギ以外にメンマが入っています。
チャーシューは柔らかく、それほど味付けも濃くないのでおいしくいただきました。
元祖富山ブラックラーメンは想像を超えるラーメンです。連食だとご飯まで食べられないので、次回は余裕を持って伺いたいと思います。ごちそうさまでした。
