北陸旅行で間食？に妻と訪れました。夕方16時頃と中途半端な時間でしたが、人気店のせいでしょう、ほぼ満席状態でした。晩ごはんは別なお店を予約していたので、二人でブラックラーメンを一杯にしたのですが、店員さんが嫌な顔一つせず対応してくれたのはありがたかったです。
「当店のラーメンは味が濃いので、たまごかご飯など一緒にいかがですか？」と意外な促しがあり、不思議に思いながら、初めてで、分からなかったので、アドバイスに従い、ライスと生卵も頼みました。
程なく着丼。正に真っ黒のスープに太麺、香りからも濃厚さが伝わります。
一口いただくと、びっくりするほど濃厚で塩味も強いスープ。麺を絡めてもかなり濃い味なので、スキヤキよろしく生卵に付けて食べましたが、それでもご飯が欲しくなる味わいです。
お店の方の勧めに従ってライスと生卵を注文して良かったとしみじみ思いました。
人生で一番濃厚なスープのラーメンでした。
