富山最後はブラックラーメンで締めようと、とやマルシェの中の「大喜」さんへきました。地元の人にブラックラーメンのおすすめを聞いたら「大喜」さんだと言うので♪
日曜日の16時頃。やはり待ちがあります。それでも10分ほどで入店出来ました。カウンターとテーブルがあり比較的コンパクトなお店です。
中華そばの並（¥950）と生卵（¥100）を注文。周りを見ますと大体ライスを頼んでいますね。
壁のラーメンの食べ方をながめながら待っていると、ラーメン到着です！わぉ、本当にブラックだぁ！食べ方にある通り、ざっと混ぜて頂きます。やっぱり見た目通りに濃い味です。これでも充分濃いのにさらに胡椒を掛けてるツワモノも。
生卵ですき焼き風に付けて頂くと、まろやかになってまた違う美味しさがあります。焼豚が大きな塊が入っていて得した気分！麺もしっかりかみごたえありました。
血圧が心配なお年頃なので、スープは残しましたが美味しいブラックラーメン、満足です！ご馳走様でした。
